Last week Sunday, we Nigerians showed our locality in excess. Christ!!! I, a student of a reputable university watched Bishop Oyedepo preach and after the service, i went on twitter, and i saw a caption " BISHOP OYEDEPO SAYS I WOULD OPEN THE GATES OF HELL ON ANYONE WHO OPPOSES JONATHAN". Now i who was at the service that day could not remember hearing anything like that, i got on the blog of a reputable blogger and saw the same thing written there and i began to wonder if she was at a service or she just heard it from one of her sources and because she felt that she didint like the man, she wrote about it (MY POINT OF VIEW Ooo).
If there is one thing i know about Nigerians, it is the fact that they do not want to care if the news they heard is true or not, as long as it concerns a celebrity, a rich man of God or a well to do person then they swallow the news hook line and sinker. I am not much of a Christian, but among the few things i know, you do not judge anything a man of god says and does, leave him for God to judge
Do not judge him yourself. Some people are self righteous bigots condemning everybody around them without first getting the right facts. What the man of God said that day was that .....ANYBODY WHO IS STOPPING NIGERIA FROM MOVING FORWARD, HE WOULD OPEN THE GATE OF HELL ON THEM...
One of the main bloggers who started it wrote an apology post about it yet the man of God still trended on twitter. All you tube videos that claimed that they had the clip of him saying what they said that he said, would only show pictures of him and GEJ and then hear someone else's voice.
So please before you speak get your facts right and do not speak because others are doing so thank you.
